About this website

Goals

This website has been redesigned and reorganized to make it easier for you to access information. It was designed with an emphasis on customer services, and strives to meet the following goals:

• Help students, staff, faculty, and affiliates get their work done by providing easy access to CNS services;
• Make it easy to find information on the CNSweb;
• Make the site easily approachable to all.

We hope that the new site meets these goals and provides you with a better customer service experience.

Future Improvements

We are always working to improve the CNS website. The redesign is being phased in, and pages with old formatting will soon be updated. In the future we hope to provide customers with a parallel text-only version of the entire site for improved accessibility as well as new ways of accessing our services.

Site Credits

The July 2000 release of the IST Home Page, designed by Kalle Nemvalts, provided a model for this site.
The UC Berkeley Home Page also provided additional ideas for this site.
