Information Systems
Information Systems (IS) sees its role as developing tools which the rest of CNS can utilize to deliver their services more effectively. It has primary responsibility for major business applications within CNS. IS is developing the online customer service request, CNS's shopping cart of services. It supports Mysoft, the telecommunication management software, and an in-house extension to it called Mystic to hold information about the data network.
